Course outline

The Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management delivers knowledge, skills and experience in higher-level hospitality concepts and operations. It provides a solid grounding in tourism and hospitality with marketing fundamentals, hospitality entrepreneurship using a simulation program, planning hospitality venues , innovations in hospitality globally and more.

You will graduate with the critical business and hospitality skills to immediately enter this fast-paced industry with confidence. The course prepares you for a career in the global hospitality industry. You will study critical business and management subjects and gain knowledge, attributes, skills and experience of higher-level hospitality concepts and operations.
